We supply dumping cans for grease, which are strategically place around grounds often near the dumpsters, or vendors should haul out themselves. Please DO NOT leave grease in jugs around the grounds.

Grey water can be transported to one of the dump tanks on grounds by vendors using their own portable tanks. If needed for a camper or large tank Dave’s Septic comes around daily and will pump for a fee.

Vendor and Staff parking as well as camper parking is provided. There is no fee for vendor and staff parking.

In accordance with the NH Dept of Health and Human Services: If a mobile unit only operates as a “Temporary food service establishment” which means any food service establishment which operates at a fixed location for a temporary period of time not exceeding 2 weeks, in connection with a fair, carnival, circus, public exhibition, or similar transitory gathering, it is exempt from a food service license. The Town of Hopkinton follows state guidelines and does not have a local ordinance requiring a permit.
